Delayed Statements Coming Soon

The vendor that processes and prints our monthly statements experienced a service outage that delayed the production and delivery of December statements and notices, including eStatements through Digital Banking. They have restored services and provided us with an estimated timeline for the following: 

  • Tax documents will be processed by the end of January as regularly scheduled. 
  • Delayed paper statements should start arriving in members’ mailboxes by the end of the month.
  • Members who have had a delay in eStatements will receive a printed statement for December and eStatements will appear in Digital Banking once our statement vendor finishes processing tax documents, printed statements, and various notices.  
  • Other monthly notices, such as Certificate renewals, mortgage notices, and non-sufficient fee notices, have also been delayed. We will support members and adjust any negative impact as a result of this interruption.
